Two are appointed to Historic District Review Board

BEAUFORT, S.C. (October 11, 2023) –  Beaufort City Council appointed two people to the Historic District Review Board during its Regular Meeting on Oct. 10. The appointments take place immediately and expire on June 30, 2026.

Those appointments are:

Eric Berman, the founder and owner of Berman Property Group, a real estate investment firm.

Grady Woods, an architect and principal with Grady L. Woods Architect LLC.

The Historic District Review Board is a five-member board, and each member is appointed to a three-year term. Each member may serve for two consecutive terms. 

The board’s mission is to aid in the preservation, protection, and enhancement of the Beaufort National Historic Landmark District.
