The City of Beaufort Public Works Department will be participating in the Earth Day Lowcountry Regional Cleanup on Monday, April 22, 2019. The City’s activities include a citywide sweep of neighborhoods. Additionally, the Parks Division will be partnering with the Pigeon Point Neighborhood Association at Pigeon Point Park for Earth Day activities. The City’s solid waste vendor, Waste Pro will also participate. This event is a Lowcountry event with the following regional counties also participating; Beaufort County, Colleton County, Hampton County and Jasper County.
