City of Beaufort offices will close at 1 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 22, through Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 25-26, and Monday, Jan. 1, for the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Capital Waste Services will also be taking Dec. 25 and Jan. 1 off. Normal trash and recycling pickups that are scheduled for Mondays will move to Tuesdays, and trash/recycling services each holiday week will move back a day, with the Friday routes being serviced on Saturday both weeks.
