Create and coordinate programs and opportunities for the development of housing that is affordable to be constructed in the City to provide the needed housing for our workforce. The study will include an analysis of the problem and provide prioritized recommendations to City Council for city-level action related to policy, infrastructure, funding, partnerships and support. This will be a time-limited task force appointed by City Council.
