BEAUFORT, S. C. (Aug. 15, 2024) -- The City of Beaufort is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of a new open-air events pavilion, a multipurpose court, stormwater management, and associated utilities at Washington Street Park. This is Phase 1 of the park’s Master Plan.
Washington Street Park is located at 1003 Washington Street.

The pre-bid meeting (not mandatory) is rescheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 16 in Executive Conference Room 2 on the second floor of City Hall. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting.
Questions are due by 4 p.m. on Aug. 22. Answers will be posted by 4 p.m. on Aug. 29.
Bids are due on or before 10 a.m. on Sept. 12. A public bid opening will be held in the City Hall Finance Department, Executive Conference Room 2.
