Payment for court fines is due on the day of court. Failure to pay fines result in suspension of driving privileges. If your license was suspended, please refer to "License Suspensions." You may want to check with the Department of Motor Vehicles for the current status of your driving privileges.
To inquire about a reduction of your fine prior to your court date, please call our administrative office at 843-525-7036 and have your ticket ready.
If you need time to pay your fine, we are here to help! A reasonable payment plan can be made, do not hesitate to ask one of our team members any questions or concerns you may have.

The cashiers window is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We accept cash, money order, local personal check, and debit/credit cards (Visa and MasterCard only).
